Disrupting Cycles of Incarceration

As part of our DATA2LIFT initiative, QSIDE Institute and InsightWorks are beginning to develop a data tool to synthesize research and model ROI for programs focused on decarceration. This interactive tool will be designed to help model return on investment for organizations and programs focused on disrupting cycles of intergenerational incarceration, particularly in Black and brown communities.

“Many organizations providing services to overly-incarcerated communities have shared that funders and policy-makers say their programs are too expensive,” said Jude Higdon, COO for QSIDE. “This tool will model nuanced econometric models to help organizations make the case for funding to empower their critical work.”
